Meet Our Team

Susan has been with our practice for 40+ years, almost from the beginning!

She received her BS degree from the University of South Dakota in 1976.She enjoys the long time relationships she has developed with her patients over the years. Susan believes in the importance of preventative dentistry.

Susan is married to Scott and has two grown daughters. In her free time, Susan enjoys golf and bowling and hanging out with her grandkids!

Mijkan has been helping patients achieve great oral health in our office since 2019. She received her BS degree from Sheridan College in 2015. Mijkan is passionate about oral health, able to educate and put her patients at ease for a positive dental experience.

She is a proud parent to her son, Dominic. In her free time, Mijkan enjoys hot yoga and shopping and hanging out with her family!

Linda has been a Dental Assistant for 42 years! We are lucky to have her continuing to share her dental knowledge and help at our office one day a week. Linda was born in Boston, MA but grew up in Lander, WY. She went to dental assisting school at Parks School of Business in Denver, CO. She moved to Rapid City in 1976, and has been working as a dental assistant since then! In addition to her busy dental life, she is also a mom to two grown children, Megan and Ryan, and a grandma to granddaughter Cadence. She also has 3 dogs! Linda loves all sports, reading, and hanging out with her granddaughter!Linda is our most experienced assistant, having been a Dental Assistant for 42 years! Hayley has been with our dental team since 2019. Hayley grew up in Rapid City and graduated from Stevens High School a semester early in 2018 which allowed her to take advantage of their dual enrollment program with Western Dakota Tech. She graduated with her her degree in dental assisting from Western Dakota Tech in 2019 and started working at our office.

Hayley enjoys spending time with her family, boyfriend Savon, and her 'funny farm'. She had been a pet parent to a variety of animals. She currently has a cat named Harry, Wallowitts the Dachshund, and a rabbit named Lennon. She looks forward to continue adding other animals in the future.

Katie is our Office Administrator at Fibonacci Dental Studio. She joined our team in 2021 and before that she helped patients in the Rapid City area at Community Health Center for 5 years. Katie's main focus is to assist our patients in scheduling appointments and answering questions regarding treatment. Katie has recently started taking classes in Dental Assisting to help expand her dental knowledge and also allow her to help with some of the clinical aspects of dental treatment. Katie has lived in Rapid City since 2013 and has loved the Black Hills ever since. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the lake, hiking, and being with friends and family. Katie and her husband have been married for 5 years and have one fur animal, Charlie. She is looking forward to helping you get the best dental care and treatment possible.

Kim is our Office Administrator at Fibonacci Dental Studio. She has 20 years of experience in assisting and helping dental patients. Kim helps our patients in many different ways including; scheduling appointments, insurance filing, and also helps to answer their questions regarding care and finances. Kim chose a career in the dental field because she wants to help people, and to have a positive impact in other's lives. She is looking forward to helping you start and continue your path to great dental and overall health!
